Red Grape Varieties (23 litres of Must)

Old Vine Cabernet Franc ($67 per pail) (Casualty of hail...none this year)

One of the main Bordeaux varieties and one that does particularly well in Ontario. This wine is becoming

an important single varietal wine that demonstrates black fruit, spice and herbal notes. Try it as a Rose...you will be very surprised!

Baco Noir ($45 per pail)

Absolutely our favourite grape! Treated properly, this grape produces amazing fruit intensity in any year and is without exception the best BBQ wine. We crop ours back and let them hang until they are so ripe you can smell their beautiful dark fruit from across the vineyard. By far the best bargain out there for those who like an intense red. Ask us about our award winning fermentation technique on this grape.

Old Vine Marechal Foch ($45 per pail)

From some of the oldest vines in the region, this grape is a cult classic. Those who love it can't get enough of it

White Grape Varieties (23 litres of Juice)

Chardonnay ($75 per pail)

The most popular white variety in the world, this grape is extremely well suited to our climate. We focus on three complimentary clones (76, 95 and 96) keeping the crop light and the fruit exposed to sunlight. Always a winner!

Riesling ($70 per pail)
We love this grape. It is unrivaled in its versatility and in our mind is the most overlooked grape. We have the GM239 clone and the Weiss 21clone. GM239 tends to have a more apple, apricot and honey tones as opposed to the more prolific Weiss clone which has more citrus tones. In lucky years we get some botrytis (noble rot) and the flavours are so intense its like a party in your mouth. Dry, semi-sweet, sweet, late harvest, ice wine or sparkled....it can't be beat.

Traminette ($45 per pail)
It's parentage is Gewurztraminer and you can not mistake it. It has all the characteristics of a good Gewurz but is much more tolerant of our climate. Also, the sugar/acid balance is always good. Great on its own or as a blend (it is a major component of our Vineridge Blend).

Vidal ($40 per pail)
This very fruity and flexible grape has very thick skin and hangs well. It is a great wine for sipping and is consistently a good wine to vinify. It blends well and we have tasted some outstanding examples that have been put through malolactic fermentation (believe it or not).

Vineridge Blend ($40 per pail)

A blend of Traminette, Geisenheim and Vidal, this juice makes wine that is complex and different than anything you will find anywhere. It has won numerous medals in still, sparkling and ice wine style categories. Our signature white!
